Terroir
The property of 18 ha is situated in the municipality of de Eynesse, just east of the Bordeaux region, near the northwest boundary of Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux; a few kilometers away lies the Entre-Deux-Mers.
The Eynesse soil made of sand and gravel characterizes the Trois Fonds wines.
