Terroir
The property of 19 ha is situated in the municipality of de Massugas, just east of the Bordeaux region, near the northwest boundary of Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux; a few kilometers away lies the Entre-Deux-Mers.
The clay-limestone soil, as distinctly uneven as it is generously sunny, gives the estate its character.
